This method reduces product weight while enhancing overall impact and tensile strength, making it the preferred production process for most OE manufacturers. Additionally, all polished designs in our collection come with standard powder-coated finishes.
Every product in the Romac™ collection undergoes thorough testing in our internationally certified in-house facilities, from the initial design phase through each stage of production. Our rigorous testing ensures that all designs, finishes, and accessories meet premium OE quality standards.
Our Impact Test is designed to mimic real-world conditions by applying weight loads to the wheel, both with and without tires, in various impact scenarios. During the design phase, the high weight-bearing sections of the wheel are identified and subjected to additional testing. The primary goal of our test is to ensure air retention and confirm the structural integrity of the design.
